The following Terms and Conditions will apply to:
Your use of our website; our supply of products and services; and our dealings with you in general.
By entering, accessing or using our website in any way, you agree to comply with all of our Terms and Conditions.
In addition, when you book any services and products from us, you will do so subject to the Terms and Conditions on this page. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all of these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. These Terms and Conditions may vary from time to time. You accept that you are bound by the terms and conditions current at the time when you book.
Refund/Cancellation policy
All fees and products and services purchased are non-refundable (including deposits). The Company will use its discretion as to whether any packages/services can be transferred.
If a payment plan has been agreed, you will be held accountable in completing the agreed payments at the agreed times. For the avoidance of doubt, if you cease to be engaged in any of the programmes before its end then you shall still be obliged to pay any outstanding balance of the fee.
Forms
If you provide your email address within a form then we may use it to follow up with you. We do not pass on your email address to any 3rd parties and will not use it for any other purposes. You are free to opt out at any time.
Fees
Current fees for services and programmes are usually displayed on each individual programme page.
Your space in the programme can be held for 7 days from the time of confirmation that you have a place with receipt of your client agreement. If you have not paid your invoice in full or your first payment in full, within 7 days from the date of the invoice, your space shall be released.
Data Protection, Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
Suzanne James Global keeps all information received from you confidential and complies with the Data Protection Act and GDPR. Everything you say will be kept in the strictest confidence and is not disclosed to persons outside the company, except as authorised by you or as required by law.
You recognise that in our work together, you may divulge goals, future plans, business affairs, job information, personal and other such private information. We will not, at any time, either directly or indirectly, voluntarily use any such information for our own benefit or disclose this information to a third party.
You may not at any time copy, reproduce or publish in any form, in any way any of the content or materials from any Sessions or Programmes, in doing so you agree to pay Suzanne James Global a licence fee of £25000 which is payable immediately.
